Labour Law Essentials

This session will cover the fundamentals of labour law, key legal principles and best practices for representing members in these uncertain times. Issues such as DFR, past practice/estoppel and discipline will be discussed. This session is designed to be interactive and is for both new and seasoned executive members.

WCB Training

This session covers key strategies for navigating WCB claims, with a focus on effective documentation, data collection, and advocacy. Participants will explore best practices for supporting members through workplace injury and mental health-related claims while strengthening their ability to navigate disputes within the WCB system.
Local Liability Insurance Co-operators
Start Time : 1530-1630
Protect your local and its leadership. This session will provide an overview of liability insurance options, risk management strategies, and how to ensure your local is adequately covered.
